Royal Highlands has everything the Florida west coast has to offer. Tampa is only 45 minutes to the South, and Orlando 45 minutes to the East. It's scenery is different from more southern areas of Florida, and it has its own unique feeling. The weather is much more moderate than other parts of Florida, which makes it quite attractive for many.
